ACCOUNT MANAGER
Our Account Managers are required to handle project plans and implementation, public speaking, training of software live or via Webex and the ability to cross promote other services. Account Managers are an integral piece to maintain client relationships and expansion. This position requires comfort to lead meeting, drive expansion and strategy while creating a lasting partnership with clients.
Specific Daily Duties or Skills Needed:
- Customer service via phone, emails and webex conferences
- Assist with the initial set up of client accounts, content and configurations
- Project planning and training scheduling based upon client needs and timeline
- Manage daily overall contact customer and our internal implementation teams
- Establish and maintain weekly communications with customer and Salesforce accounts

USABILITY TESTER:
Requirements:
Participate in the software development lifecycle for new software applications
Participate in requirements gathering meetings, review business requirements, and design documents to develop test strategy and cases
Review documentation for new /modified software applications and load into TFS for development tracking
Oversee and/or perform the execution of test cases to assure functionality meets the business needs/use
Evaluate testing results and document testing issues in a quality assurance tracking system
Communicate testing progress, product readiness, level of quality, and results to the QA Manager
Provide testing metrics for test case progress and defect issuance
Support the preparation of user and training documentation of new functionality
Collaborate with the Support Team in troubleshooting production issues

Expion, a social media management software company based in North Carolina is looking for several hardworking people join our growing team. This position requires project management experience, public speaking skills and the ability up sell clients with add on services. This position is the face of Expion’s customer relationship team and it is critical that our clients can count on and trust these individuals. The accounts you will be responsible for may have 1000′s of locations on Facebook and 6-7 figure advertising budgets for marketing online. Enterprise level experience or a knowledge of the franchise business structure will be invaluable for this position.
Our Community Managers are responsible for moderating brand level Facebook and Twitter accounts and escalating any issues to the appropriate internal/client teams. The use of an enterprise level software to handle content planning, publishing and moderation will be a part of everyday tasks. Candidate must be comfortable with using software and learning evolving technology and problem solving on the fly.

We are in need of several client facing Process Design IE’s to assist in managing Global Fortune 500 customers. Expion hopes to identify talented IE’s that can communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. IE will be expected to identify business unit challenges within enterprise level clients and provide scalable infrastructure plans to integrate software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, conduct effective client presentations and prepare Gantt style written project plans.
